is to identify, support, mentor and promote women's leadership in the businesss

Our Objectives
- To provide members with opportunities to develop leadership skills and achieve
personal goals
- To design, develop, offer and promote EWLI programs and services that meet the
needs of today's business and professional woman
- To establish and support a network of committed EWLI organizational, community,
and business leaders
- To encourage members to take risks, develop support networks, and become
resilient
- To mentor those who need guidance and support
- To respect the diversity of women's roles and responsibilities and accept those
differences as keys to success
